This house was a complete rehab from top to bottom in Oakley, just seconds away from Oakley Station, Madtree, Kroger, and I-71. We gave this perfect little spot new windows, siding, plumbing, an HVAC, fencing, a water heater, beautiful stamped patio, and we even rewired and configured the entire electrical system. We also wanted to open up the space to make it more inviting and not so dark, so the kitchen, bathrooms, upstairs attic, outdoor patio, and even the basement got a refresh. The cherry on top of the sundae – the basement was waterproofed and came with a lifetime warranty for the new owners.
